Return policies

Our return policy is simple. When your package arrives, open and inspect. If its OK, then Enjoy! ** Any dispute which arises after confirmation of delivery by carrier is the sole responsibility of customer/carrier.

If the Shipping Box comes Crushed-Dented or Banged up in any way, Take a Pic & send it to us: If you receive any damaged Cigars: Let us know ASAP via Email at Shipping@Cigars4Sale.com or by Phone at 1-877-561-DEAL (3325). Make sure you have your order number. Every Cigar or Box of Cigars that leaves Cigar4Sale.com has been inspected prior to packaging & shipping. If you received a damaged item, caused by shipper we’ll file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement, in which case shipping is on us. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

If you are returning an item due to buyer’s remorse?  "Ahhh I changed my mind" or decided you don't like the cigars(s) or "Oops I ordered the wrong one(s)," no refund will be provided. We will work with on trying to get the products back. They would need shipped back in all the original packaging. A restocking fee up to 25% may be applied. As mentioned before, there is no Refund, but a credit will be added to your account. It is most important that all returns are in its original box and/or packaging in saleable condition. Acceptable Returns must be sent back within 7 days. (Tracking # is required). Please return it in the original package, and we’ll issue an exchange or credit to your account depending on the circumstances. Before you drop it back in the mail, email us with your name and order # & tracking #, let us know the reason for the return. We will either email you you or call to confirm the return.

Please Note:

  • Any Boxes Opened & Half Smoked/Gone will NOT be Returnable.
  • Cigars that have been Cut and/or lit will not be accepted as returned product.
  • Our team will ask for a photo of any/all the product(s) in question.
  • Product photographs can be representative, as colors and finishes shown in some cases may not be exact – actual product may be slightly darker, slightly lighter
